Return Policy

If you are unsatisfied with the plates and contact us within the first 2 weeks after you receive your product, we will gladly refund your money. Two weeks after delivery date, all sales are final.

 

Steps To Get a Refund (within 2 weeks after delivery)

(1) Email us and let us know what you concerns are with the product: sssplatesconcerns@gmail.com

(2) We will respond to your email and look into your concern and give you the PO Box information

(3) Once we receive the product (in the same shape that it was sent) we will issue you a full refund.

 

Replacement Policy

If you find that there is a manufacturers defect, please contact us and we will send you replacement plates. 

 

Defected Item Replacement

(3) Once we receive the defected product we will send out replacement plates.
